Advantages:

Чистая, опрятная квартира. На кухне вся необходимая посуда есть. Большой телевизор. До центра 5 минут пешком, до рынка 3 минуты. Местный супермаркет Олимп также 3 минуты.

Disadvantages:

Заменить чайник - при включении рычаг часто отстреливает обратно и чайник перестает нагревать воду. В прихожей в шкафу не очень приятный запах.

Advantages:

Квартира рядом с рынком и супермаркетом. До моря минут 15 неспеша. Сама квартира распашного типа (хорошо проветривается). На первом этаже, для нас это было удобно.
