Квартира расположена на ул. Гочуа 17, на четвертом этаже. Дом находится в самом близком районе к морю.

Есть всё для отдыха: кондиционер, утюг, бесплатный Wi-Fi, телевизор, фен, стиральная машина, холодильник. Для гостей 5 спальных мест + диван. В квартире все кухонные принадлежности, электрический чайник, микроволновая печь, водонагреватель. Предоставляю комплект полотенец на каждого гостя, постельное белье, гладильные принадлежности.

Двор тихий спокойный, зелёный. Проход к морю через тенистую рощу, где произрастает реликтовая сосна, минуты 3 по роще, через двор находится сама роща. Тихо, спокойно, море и рядом сосна создают лечебный воздух.
